Prunus persica 'Melred'

Prunus persica ‘Melred’ is a beautiful ornamental peach tree that produces masses of vibrant deep pink blossoms in early spring on bare branches, followed by slender green leaves.

Later in the season it develops decorative ornamental peaches with yellow flesh and red-blushed skin. It's seasonal interest makes it a fantastic choice as a stand-out feature tree.

'Melred' is best placed in moist but well-drained soil, in full sun and a sheltered position.
